Anyone know where i can get the correct 3 sided socket... the 13mm 12pt socket worked the past few times now is rounded off enough where the socket wont work and need the right socket

i remember seeing on one of the diesel sites (CF maybe?) where someone used part of a cotter pin to solve that problem. i tried but couldnt find the thread.
