 You also forgot a comma in your title. It should be Water, I'm Fuel. If you're introducing yourself to it anyways. I love autocorrect.

Anyways, behind your injection pump on the drivers side of the engine will be a fuel filter. If you can wriggle your hand in there without causing any electrical fires there should be a plastic doo-hickey sticking out of the bottom of it. Lift the plastic piece up into the fuel filter and fuel will drain out of it assuming everything is working correctly. Only drain for a few seconds, you don't want to drain all the fuel out of your filter.

Once you've done that check your FSS wire because you will have knocked it loose. Easy-peasy.

If you think you have a lot, best thing is to pull the tank, drain it out, make sure it's clean then reinstall. Add fresh fuel and a new filter, and you're good to go. If it's only a little, do what Taco said, and change the filter to be safe.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
