Would a hx40 help it light later
Diamond eye 4 inch turbo back, Glowshift boost, egt, oil pressure,hx35 , 3200 rpm spring, full power screw 2 turns, denny T II fuel pin, Home made Cold air intake, Alto reds and tci TC in a 518, 5x12's from diesel auto power.

I'm apparently still a little fuzzy on what your actual problem is. Are you smoking your tires off as you drive around town or something? Is the turbo making too much noise for you?

What turbo do you have? I highly doubt it lights too early, AFC tuning should be able to get it spooling slower if it really is a problem. I have the 351cw turbo which is the smallest exhaust housing you can get and it lights alnost instantly, still isnt too early.

My guess is it sounds too loud at 9 pounds? Put your stock intake back on.
