runnin problem

freind i knows got an 1991 dodge w250 ic cummins with automatic trans. and wend its ildeing or running down the run it acts like u cut the power to fuel soleind. i toke out the pluger and but it back in and it stall runs like that. change fuel filter and got good fuel in it. i bleed the lines go to injectors at them and no air but wend fuel run down on them it spay up in an mist. the copper rings that seals injectors to head bad? is the o-ring between the nut and injector just keep drity out or does it has an purpose? ps this truck been seatin for 2 years i think he told me before he got it, if that helps

Is the wire that goes on the FSS good and tight?
1990 dodge W250 cummins 6 speed. 4in diamond eye, a turbo,and a pump :D

it acts like its the injecton pump i read some treads hear wih pumps actin close to same as this one thats why i thinks its it but i didnt want to jump the gun on it
