HELP!!! holley black issues

bought a brand new holley black and i cant get it to pump any fuel. I have it plumed correctly and i have a good siphon feed to the pump but it wont feed fuel???? please help asap

If you haven't already, disconnect the discharge line from the pump and let it run. May have air trapped in the system.
