Buy an airdog fuel supply system and that VP44 will live just fine

Man you are so right. There is a crack in the dash and I just touched the cracked bezel and a piece broke off like a stale potato chip.

Which airdog product should I get? I'm not quite understanding the issue. Is there an in-tank fuel pump? Or should I get the raptor lift pump kit? http://www.pureflowairdog.com/frrp.php

They have quite a few things avail for my model year. http://www.pureflowairdog.com/dodge-mak ... php#raptor

Buy the whole kit,the replacement module(if you have the intank pump) and draw straw,line,pump/filter unit. I've installed several of these thing and I have never had any issues out of them. The pump kits come with two different pump regulator springs, you need to use the lowest psi rated one. If you don't it'll make the truck a beeeoch to crank. The VP pump is a strange bird...not enough fuel and it eats itself, two much (anything over 17psi) and it turns into a cold natured carb feed Chevy, cranky cranky cranky cough spit sputter run
