Sometimes it helps to crack 3 injectors loose [1-3-5], leave 3 tight [2-4-6], crank engine till it acts like it wants to start. Then tighten the loose injector lines, loosen the others and crank again, till it acts like it wants to start. Then tighten all, crank and let her run.
