Good info, might have to see if i can put mine back together sometime, anyone know the efficiency range for these turbos? Right around 40 i thought
1990 dodge W250 cummins 6 speed. 4in diamond eye, a turbo,and a pump :D

Many folks have made more power in the low 50psi range vs 40psi on dyno runs but at expense of reliability.

I personally would keep it at 40-45psi tops.

Mine ran hard up to about 45 psi.........after that....not so much
89 RC on shortened 92 diesel frame - NV4500 w/dual disc/4.10s on 37s. - Self built pump, "hot screw", lots of timing, True high volume low pressure lift pump, 62fmw/68/.7gated, 77lpm SAC Inj., Studs/O-rings,- 423/1220 Mustang - 11/16/2013 http://www.TheHungryDiesel.com full line dealer, if you don't see it please ask.

I've never seen a map for the cw, but the Vgt is out of its map at about 36psi

Brownie: 80 dodge heavy half. Ghost cummins under the hood, and some sinister plans
The Roo Hunter: 93 w250, lifted, 2 whistle machines, and a bunch of other go fast goodies, uhh..... not there yet
Jaeger: 12 ram 3500. Lifted, exhausted, and fed an excessive quantity of air
The Huntress: 02 Jetta TDI. No muffler, egr, horsepower

Some turbos can be pushed way out of their map and still be efficient.......the Silver bullet (the true 66 silver bullet) is one of those turbos.

I ran into a problem to day

Put the exhaust housing on an when I go to put the intake side on I have to undo my waste gate and the little door is on the bottom anthe valve tht controls it is on top how do I fix this

You may have to make a new bracket to mount the actuator.

Try it with the wastegate wire-tied shut, you may not even need it. Otherwise search "spring gate", that is the best option.

I run with mine tacked shut but will be going to a spring gate when i compound it with an HT3B
