intake horn

ok im new to the hole diesel world but I caint seem to find an aftermarket intake horn for my 1990 D250
ideas?

Also, I've read about a later model horn that is almost a direct swap. There's actually a set of pics and a thread about it on here somewhere, either BGilbert or Philip put it up. I always get them confused on here.

Here, I typed "air horn" into the search, this was like the third thread listed.

I dont mean to hijack the thread but thought it would be appropriate here. Is it worth upgrading the intake horn on a non I/C truck? or would it be more valuable to spend the money by adding an intercooler then upgrade the intake horn?

Second gen or powerstroke ic yes. 1st gen no

I've read it's easier to add a second gen ic to a non ic'd truck than an ic'd truck. Since you have to cut either way I don't think it matters. Both have aftermarket units available if you decide more than stock is needed

I went with a 2nd gen IC myself, as my 91 was NON-IC. It was pretty easy to install, just took a little cutting here and there, relocating the coolant overflow jug, trimming the battery tray, etc. Not hard at all
