how do i build the ultamate towin motor

im gettin another motor :D and want to put it in my 92.The thing is i need a nuk proof towin motor that will also be dependable and i want to see around 400hp.Is it possible,what do i need to do to the head,valves,bottom end exc?port polish,blueprint and balance things?
'92 D350 cab and chassy,pump turned up with 1/8 timin,coaltriann 6x16 sticks,htt manifold,asa intake cooler tubez,south bend 13" clutch rebuilt G360,ps cooler,industrial super 62 phat shaft turbo,weldin bed.
12 Chevy 3500ltz lifted, deleted, and bed with sae 300 ss hood for new rig

Cam, port, polish, O-ring and stud the heads, and run twins. Fueling and bottom end shouldn't be problems. You're going to need a bigger-than-OEM cooling system and a good intercooler.


You're basically going to need to have what PACCOOL has over on CumminsForum.
