Which coolant ports for the heater core? Got the one on top of the motor above the t stat housing, one on the block below the t stat and one even lower??
Which one do I plumb the heater core with?
Alls the stock stuff had been removed and plugged.

The top one that you noted and the lowest one near the lower radiator hose connection. You want the suction side of the water pump to aid in pulling the coolant through the heater core.
