wont start

put a head gasket on my motor and then i had to rob the fuel screw out of the pump got another fuel screw put it in and went to start the motor and no start get a bunch of black smoke out the turbo but no start

i have ran the fuel screw almost all the way it and while cranking it i have went to almost wide open throttle
went over the valves and i just dont no what else to do
FOR SALE 1991 dodge d350 hx40 2nd gen intercooler, few pump mods, 366 spring, no afc, timing bump,pistion lift pump, 5" down pipe, bhaf, old smokey fuel pin, boost, pyro, tach gauges 14.10 @96mph 310hp, pm for pics and info..

Have u tried backing the full power screw out? Sinse u say it just smoke when trying to start it, maybe your Jus overfueling it
1990 dodge W250 cummins 6 speed. 4in diamond eye, a turbo,and a pump :D

Did you bleed the air out after you put the screw in? The screw out lets air in the pump.
