Noise when cold???

Noise when cold???

When i let my truck set for a day or so and start it it has a rattling or clainging noise that seems to come from under the inj pump. After 10min or so it goes away. Could it be the vac pump?
1993 3/4 4x4 clubcab le auto 4.10 gears, scheid diesel ve pump set at 286cc,s with 4kgov. 7x.012 contagious diesel injectors, ported head and manifold, .020 head gasket,60lb springs, water/meth, Hx35/bht3b twins, A1 head studs.

how cold was it?
1990 dodge W250 cummins 6 speed. 4in diamond eye, a turbo,and a pump
