How much additional hp?

Approximately how much power increase is there after turning fuel pin, and bottoming the star?

Anywhere from 0 to about 25hp
89 RC on shortened 92 diesel frame - NV4500 w/dual disc/4.10s on 37s. - Self built pump, "hot screw", lots of timing, True high volume low pressure lift pump, 62fmw/68/.7gated, 77lpm SAC Inj., Studs/O-rings,- 423/1220 Mustang - 11/16/2013 http://www.TheHungryDiesel.com full line dealer, if you don't see it please ask.

There's also a little, plastic spacer on your fuel pin that you can remove to get more travel. I pulled mine then just use the coil bind to limit pin travel. That's worked for me so far.

93 W350 LE Club cab dually automatic, Banks Power Pack w/ exhaust, Banks tach and pyrometer, Isspro boost gauge, GearVendors O.D., BD exhaust brake, Kelderman Compuride and front bags. My Dad was the 2nd owner.
So far; rotated fuel pin, bottomed star,1/2 turn on smoke screw.
Daily driver and occasional 14k lb 5th wheel hauler.

With all the free mods, minus drilling the banjos, and a LPLP, my truck put down 268 horse through a Getrag. I'd bet you'll pull ~75 extra horse with a LP upgrade through an auto.
