So ive been chasing this problem for about a month or so now. It first started when i drilled the banjo bolts and then needed a new lp. after the lp something happened and now it doesnt want to start. It was worse but its slowly gotten better from trying to find out the problem. It started off not wanting to start at all unless i gave it some throttle. Didint matter how long it had been sitting since running. Now after sitting the night it just takes a few cranks and then fires and sometimes it will kinda stutter a sec or two after it starts then it will smooth out and be perfectly fine. also if im running around town and need to shut it off for a short period it starts fine, first turn of the key fires but it will still stutter and then be fine. Ive gone over all the lines from the lp to the injection pump because i was told it was caused by air being allowed into the lines letting fuel drain back to the pump and losing prime. I ordered the drilled banjo bolt from RC along with a pressure guage because the original bolt had a small nick in it pretty close to where the seal sat and i thought that was the problem. got the new banjo bolt in and the guage in and drove it. didnt seem to different and i let it sit overnight and same thing. It just cranks acouple times then starts. dont know what the problem is, i had the lines off from the outlet of the lp to the inlet on the injection pump yesterday and it all looks fine, nothing out of the ordinary, no little scratches or anything that would possibly let air by. the pressure guage also sits right under 15psi at idle, probly around 13 or so. It also doesnt hold pressure after the engine is shut off, dont know if it should or not. Just miss when it would start by just thinking of turning the key (couldnt even tell there was a starter down there). know its like a friggin powerstroke cranking over a bunch before it starts up. Thanks for any help, Mitch.
