Turbo Chatter After Smokey Mount BHAF install

When I step into the throttle in fouth and fifth gears the the turbo will boost good then it will start a chatter noise for about 5 seconds and then it will stop and keep buildin boost just fine it only happen when under acceleration in the midrange i have replaced 3 out of the 4 intercooler boots cause they were leakin but didnt fix the problem.
90 W250 4x4 5spd pump Ve cranked wide open, BHAF, HX35 with all 2.5" intake piping, and 4" straight piped
92 W250 4x4 5spd P-pumped B1B over B2 are on and now slippy clutch

Chatter??? Sounds more like input bearing on the rag. If 4th and 5th are the only gears you hear the noise then it sounds more like a tranny issue.

I don't really think its tranny problems cause it had never done it until i put the BHAF on and when i replaced the 3 intercooler boots it made it do it a little bit less also which it still may have a leak some where any suggestion where it may be and also when just cruisin in 4th then you step in it at bout 40-45 mph it will do then it levels out and boost just fine same thing for 5th except at 50-57 mph those are the times it does it worse
