when mine was leaking there, I got my seal kit from source auto. I don't remember the part number but any good diesel shop should be able to get the seal kit. The kit doesn't come with the bushing, there is an o-ring on the throttle shaft, that's what was bad on mine, and the o-ring was in the kit. Hopefully somebody's got the part number. You could try looking for the part number in the sticky over an dtr.

If you don't need the truck to drive right away, I'd pull the cover and check the shaft. Remove the shaft, pull the o-ring. Put the shaft back in, see how much slop you have. A lot of times you can check it right on the truck. Mine was good, so I just changed the o-ring. If the shaft is out, you can see the wear.
If the bushing needs to be changed, my shop likes to put it in an oven to cook the epoxy they put on the bushing. Some places just keep the cover overnite to let it set up.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
