Cleaning Injectors?

I have a set of 370's on the way, and I'm going (well, Brian will be doing it) to swap the tips onto my 1st Gen injector bodies. He is going to reset the pop pressure as well. A lot of you have recommended that with around 190K miles, I should get the injectors cleaned.

My question is, what exactly is "cleaned" and where could I send them to be cleaned, without having to spend $30 per injector?
