can you put a diffrent fuel pin in a stock pump

can i do these mods with the stock pump fuel pin and injectors and feel a diffrence and still get good milage
93 d350 5spd 4inch exhaust to a 6inch tip pump tweaked

Your truck has small injectors and won't get real frisky but you can get some improvement by tweaking the pump. The fuel pin may not make a lot of difference till you get bigger injectors. Get a pyrometer to monitor things.
