HX40 Question

Will an HX 40 that says the following on the ID plate bolt up to my '93?

KIT 3802819RX
ASSY 3537127
SERIAL M 1238245

Would a Chinese knock off have a blue ID tag (that looks real) on it that says "Cummins, Re-manufactured in USA"? Or is it fairly safe to say that this is genuine?

Just not sure how to identify the junk.

It's pretty easy to tell the difference between a T3 and T4 exhaust flange by just looking at it. If it looks like the one on the engine now it will bolt up.
