It may be sucking air and not getting enough fuel. Does it start ok in the morning?

Yea starts easy, This morning it was 30 and started right up
1992 D250
all pump mods , 4" turbo back 7"tip , 90hp injectors grided fuel pin ,cold air

This morning I notice When I was in 1st ,and kinda leaving it there to warm it faster it surged sounded like it had a Cam in it.
I am lost on what else to try
1992 D250

I think I'd put in a fuel pressure gauge and check the pressure just to eliminate that possibility. It will run with not enugh fuel but not well.

Has your KDP been tabbed yet?

Maybe, just a theory... The pin or case bolt fell out and caused the cam to jump. Or maybe the cam bolt loosened...

Replaced a stock lift pump on a truck this summer, died a few weeks After, would drive fine the. Die cough sputter surge All that, eventually would not even idle. Just put a guage on it, its most likely the LP

I am waiting on Snap On to come by to get a Fuel Gauge. The promblem started before i changed LP

fuel perssure looks great, I order a gauge for inside truck so I can see what it is when driving...
Notice when I am driving under 30mph my boost is 0 is that normal ?

Well good news / Bad news
Still not running 100% but a buddy has a PSD with a bullydog, Yesterday he got to look at my tail lights and taste my coal
