My D350 crewcab, with 89 motor is all stock....164K miles. Cruising at 65mph I see about 2-5lbs boost, and my post turbo EGT is around 450-475 degrees. This is with my NV4500 in 5th, and 3.54 rear,
1984/93 Dodge Crewcab, W350, 1 Ton SRW, long box, 330K Km's, M&H spacer, 366 spring, fuel pin to deep side, 14cm housing, Piston LP, PS IC, Isspro Boost, Pyro and tach, NV4500, 29 spline NP205, 3.54's.

Different conditions.
I put my winter front on last weekend cause my thermostat wouldn't stabilize.
Cruising across the hay flats at 55, -4°, stiff head wind.
Boost came up to 12psi and egt to 800° in 5th.
Thought my engine was trying to quit until I looked at the boost.
RIP 91.5 W250 5 speed. The great experiment.
92 W250 HD 47RH with Compushift. Upgraded H1C to 62/60/16, Scheid Lightning VE, 60# valve springs, DAP 7X.010 injectors, 4" DE exhaust, home made cooler tubes.

At an actual 70mph (confirmed by GPS), 600egt and 5lbs. boost, tach at 1900 rpm.
93D250 CC LE, 62/65/13 S300, PDR cam,DDP3's, B&D IP, 366 GSK, M3 & timing device, Air Dog 150, Cooler tubes, 3 piece manifold, BHAF & 4" tbe, ported & O ringed, ARP studs, 60# springs 47RH & 3 disc conv., fp, aux trans cooler, fluid damper, 3:54 D70 w/trac-lok, rear sway bar, gauges = egt,boost, tach, 47RH & diff. temps.

after my cam swap my freway boost came down to 5psi at 75mph 8)
