kta made a good point on the inj. pump keyway. i broke a cam in my d350 a couple months ago. i put a new cam in drove it for a couple weeks and broke a inj pump gear. i think what happen was when i put a new keyway in it slid to far back and didnt let the inj pump gear seat corectly. it had a small wobble to it and after some time of driving it broke the cam right behind the first cam bearing. followed by the injection pump gear.
