A search will find lots on he351, i am currently installing one.

Aluminum heads and roller cam on the way.

ive heard alot of good things about them on first gens, i should have asked mark if i could test out the one he had for a week :roll: there 60-60-9 if i remember right
1990 dodge W250 cummins 6 speed. 4in diamond eye, a turbo,and a pump :D

What injectors are you running? Could you have bad injectors, leaking etc? You will run more EGT's with leaky injectors.

stock non intercooled injectors, they all just had new tips put on em and rebuilt about a month ago

I love the quick spooling of the HX35 on my NON-IC truck. The intake pipe is a culprit right now though. I only saw 14psi at first but then ported the stock intake and got 16psi but now thinking about a 2.5-3" tube intake pipe...I REALLY want to see 30-35 psi! The stock H1C I had made 26psi so this is a little depressing.....

i was making 40 before i put an intercooler in it, and that was with 3in pipe i agree 16 is a little depressing :roll: any room left on your full power screw?

Or boost leaks?

14psi is bad, as in something is wrong bad. Does the compressor housing have an o-ring or anything that connects it to the center section? In a non/IC'd setup, there aren't many places for leaks to happen. :?

I agree 14-16 with a HX35 and a 12cm housing. Is your wastegate stuck open, or not set-up properly? You should be spooling that baby up past 25lbs no problem.
