It doesn't sound like it is off time to me. It sounds like air, or injector problem..... or something internally of the pump is messed up.

But it did this before, correct? If so, then the problem is not with the pump.

Ran like a champ before. I figured out the problem. I took off the front timing case and removed the pump again. Turns out when i reinstalled the pump the key was was not perfectly lined up. So it ruined the key.... Making it off time... :( So i sent it off to have the pump timed for top dead center 1 so i can reinstall it and not have to worry as much about that little key i ruined. I feel like an idiot

Um, I believe you can do that yourself.
That's what the bolt with the tin tab under it is for, to lock the input so it doesn't move.

It's the bolt near the front case mounting ear, which USUALLY has a tin tab under it, in this pic:

Just an fyi.... if the injection pump gear is not removed.... one does not need to turn anything to top dead center. One simply lines up the keyway.

I see that you are having it timed for other reasons...

For future reference, if you look at the shaft end of the pump, there is a little hash mark about the 5 o'clock position. This is the #1 position. If you line up the keyway in the shaft with this mark, it will be really close to TDC. Then you tighten the bolt that Mark mentioned.
When you install the pump, snug the shaft nut, then unlock the lock bolt, put the tab under it and tighten it down. Now the pump is free. Then torque the shaft nut. If you torque the nut with the pump locked, it may turn and the point on the lock bolt will shave off metal inside your nice clean pump.
Just so ya know. ;)

Well i got it all back together! It seems to run like its supposed to. Pulls hard at 26 pounds boost :D seems like theres a new leak from one of the delivery valves though with a really slow drip. I guess ill have to pull the injection lines again and snug them up good. You guys were a great help!!

Just loosen the line, tighten the DV, and then tighten the line back up. No need to pull lines off.

Ended up being the little bolt in the center in between the delivery valves. Thanks again for all of your guy's help! :D
