Positive air shut off

Postby roxxx » Fri Sep 14, 2007 7:49 pm

Positive air shut off. this is what we use in the oil and gas industry, if you wanted to go to hot job sites. They are expensive but a necessity . they use them in drag pulling also if the hitch breaks this is triggered and the motor is shut same as a runaway
This is the type of thing that would make a runaway not a worry ,bit safer than a board. http://www.rodadeaco.com/sitepage/mainfs.htm I have used this particular brand . I do not have any affiliation with them. Just bieng reading about runaways when messing with the pump thought some of you might be able to biuld a not so fancy version. hope it help you
