fuel leak

i found where the fuel leak is on my 91 ctd. its coming from the middle bolt on my pump head. i want to take it out to replace the o-rings on it but am afriad to becuase im not sure what is behind it (springs and what not) does anyone know what is behind this screw? here is a photo of a cutaway pump from a IP class i took a few months ago.

Yeah, a lot of nothing! That's where the timing tool goes in to set the injection timing on the pump. It's a 12mm head. I had a fuel leak, assumed it was the KSB cover on the inside of the pump. Pulled it off, changed the o-ring and the front seal, and put it on. Still leaked. Turns out that plug was loose.

is there a o-ring that needs to be replaced? or a washer? thanks for the advice PT

There's a copper seal washer under the head of the bolt.
It's 12mm and can be tight as heck, for no bigger than it is.

got it fixed! i tried to find a washer at the part store and they didnt have anything that small. so i put it back in and got it pretty tight and no leaks so far! thanks for the help.
