Remote oil filter housing

Postby Fnschlaud4620 » Tue Oct 23, 2007 5:14 pm

Does anyone know anything about the factory cummins remote oil filter housing like what application, information or anything? I heard that it may be off a big truck or generator or something.

I am looking to replace my leaking POS I made with a factory one with bigger lines

Here is the one I made

I don't think the cooler would be different. If you could see the other side of the housing, you could tell for sure. My buddy has a Samsung excavator with a 4bt in it, remote filter. I can't get the CPL # for you, I don't have a clue where it is! I haven't seen it in 2 months, it goes from job to job.

I can already tell you, no, it doesn't! I work for a Case dealer, all filters on skidsteers mount on the housing. Wellllll, unless somebody modified it.
