thin injector seal

anyone use these? are these the thinest you can get? i need to run some thinner ones to cut the haze down.
92 d350, arp's, orings, 150lb springs, 4200 gsk ,ground pin ,64/71/14 ,ddp inj's, ats manifold, tim's tubez, ats trans, FASS, locker, timing + a tooth, bcdd intake

2001 2wd rclb dually 5sp, smarty, Bluechip FMS, TS MVP, 57/75 twins, stainless diesel pipe kit, valair clutch, airdog 150, DFI SAC 7x.014's, cheap a$$ intake, ARP studs, oringed head, CPP 115# springs

Yep, they work just fine. As far as I know, there are standard thicknesses. Haven't heard of any "custom" ones.
RIP 91.5 W250 5 speed. The great experiment.

I used the thinnest supplied in my head gasket set. Originals were around .240" and the thin ones were around .120"? Maybe it was thinner but I remember one of the smallest around that size.

Thin ones are .020, thicker are .040, and I've heard that there is a .060 also. If it hazes with a .040, how bad would it be with a .060? :shock:

i haven't measured mine, but the kit i got had three thicknesses and this seems about right. i'm planning on using the thinnest washers in the kit

Different applications require different thicknesses. I think it may be a tuning aid also. If you put in the thick washers with 370's it'll haze like a SOB. Thinner ones cut that down.
