haha i suppose oil is kinda a given and the tranny fluid didn't feel like defying gravity and leaked through the vent on top

The only thing I can think of would be to pull the injectors and spin it a few times to make sure no oil is in the cylinders. I'm not sure if its required or recommended for a rollover but seems to me thats the biggest thing. I once rolled a bronco II over and waited for my dad to get there with his truck, got it right side up and hit the key. It smoked and rattled for a few but then it was ok. But that V6 ford had a lot less compression and would have been a lot cheaper to replace than a cummins  I've seen guys crank down on the exhaust valve adjustment to keep the valve open for pressure to escape if you didn't want to pull the injectors. Lastly I'd check the air filter. If its saturated with oil it'd cause trouble.

If you rolled it back in november and then flipped it over in 20 minutes, (while it was still warm) I would go ahead and start it. Since it was still warm and it has been sitting since then, most of the oil has drained back thru the rings, except for some residue. It will smoke like a pig and run rough until it gets warm and cleaned out, but it should be ok. If you are nervous, try turning it over by hand before you start it.

Disconnect the solenoid wire and crank it for 15 seconds. If it spins normally then hook up the solenoid and light her off.
