Oil lines and mounting flange are the same, you need a turbo to manifold gasket for an 04.5-07 5.9 though (undivided). You may have to use the top oil adapter from your h1c, i cannot recall anymore.
You dont need a complete downpipe but it will do the trick. You can just buy the flange and weld it onto your exisiting downpipe.

http://dieselautopower.com/he351-soleno ... -tsche351/Here is some pics of my install, i clocked the housing so the oil lines are vertical. This makes the factory wastegate unusable, i tacked the gate shut. Makes 40psi with pump turned up on stock inj. A spring gate is recommended though.

I also had to back out two studs so they are a little longer for full thread engagement of the nuts vs getting longer studs.
