Location of Two Oil Pan Studs

Postby wilkyflex » Mon Dec 08, 2014 11:26 pm

Out of the many bolts in the oil pan, there are two studs that screw in just like the bolts. Can anyone tell me the exact locations of these two studs, and what is their purpose?

Thank you

I'm thinking they have something to do with holding the automatic transmission cooler lines in place.
I don't have anything handy to look at to give the locations.

Like mr bob said, they're for the cooler lines on an automatic trans. They go on the driver side of the oil pan, second or third bolt hole from the front lip and about that from the rear.
