As far as the improper fix... that will cause a loss in power, but not a missing under load situation.
I see. What i meant by on the frits was most of the time it wouldnt shut off with the key but occaisonally it would. It only just recently started shutting off with the key all the time. Never shut off while i was driving except one or two times when i was driving down the expressway and the wire fell off the fss but that was a while ago.
