HELP put gas in diesel truck

My niece accidentally put about 7 gallons of gas in my diesel. Can I just fill the tank with diesel and go? I read some where of people mixing gas and diesel just can't remember where? (93 w250)

Not with 7 gallons.... drain it. I did it once on my RC.... just pull the line right at the lift pump and pump it out through that. I used a little squeeze bulb to get it going and let it gravity feed into tanks.

Glad to hear. Was it driven much after, or was it caught right at the tank?


I caught mine while I was doing it (going hunting at 2 in the morning, was tired). Much drive time and potentially can damage the ip.

Driven about 8 blocks and died. Hmmm ya rebuilt injection pump was put on last year if I remember right.

Ya, that's not good. My bet is the ip crapped out.
