Yes, there is some because of the restriction of the IC. I can't remember how much drop there is, but someone has done it and posted results. There for, I modify my prior statement slightly, You will see a pressure difference between the turbo and the intake, but not like 10 or 15 psi difference. ;)

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

So has anyone ever seen the internal Wastegate mechanism break on a 351? Rummaging through my brain tonight and thought maybe the electronic gate was staying open or something since when I hooked 12v up to it I didn't really gain anything.

Got the intercooler out yesterday gonna pressure test it tomorrow sometime for leaks.

Don't think it can..... However, if someone drilled the port larger, I have seen where they won't seal right.

there you go Raining on my parade again...
Alright, I'm pretty sure it's never been touched so most likely not the issue, it does click when it's energized like it's working anyway

is the gate adjustable on the rod end?? is it as short as it would go? I'm not 100% sure I'm remembering correctly but I think I remember seeing an exhaust housing cracked on the wastegate port and didn't seal right.

After I get the intercooler tested and put back in I really should pull it and look at it, I've been lazy about it lately with everything goin on
It's very possible tho since it was rolled kinda hard
Right now the wastegate is is only there to hold the gate closed, the arm is extended all the way And mounted so nothing Will open the wastegate no lines are going to it or anything right now
