does anybody know the difference between the cooling fan clutch on the intercooled engine vs the non. thanks

I don't think there is any difference. The clutch is "basically" the same from 89-02-ish. When my OEM 89 unit seized up I replaced it with a 2nd Gen unit....worked fine.
1984/93 Dodge Crewcab, W350, 1 Ton SRW, long box, 330K Km's, M&H spacer, 366 spring, fuel pin to deep side, 14cm housing, Piston LP, PS IC, Isspro Boost, Pyro and tach, NV4500, 29 spline NP205, 3.54's.

It's the hub (part that mounts to the block) that is different between IC and NON-IC engines.
