May I recommend THD's fuel pin? Lots of great reviews and comparisons vs. DennyT products ;)

Denny T 1 if you're set on Denny.

I have never read a bad review on any pin except BullyDog's.

I had a Denny T stage one and for the most part loved it...It did allow the pin to travel too far and leaked fuel though.

^Same here. I bought my current truck with a Denny pin in it and it leaks fuel also.
The previous owner installed it the week prior and the leak was the last straw.

I have a BD pin on the way and will change it when I get it and see if the leak stops.
Also have a VE reseal kit on order.

I vote the THD pin as well. Flat ramp profile, and cut deep enough to allow full fuel but will not cause o ring failures.

Bottom end fueling is very mild which I LIKE for anyone planning on big fuel later down the road. Low end fuel becomes hard (impossible?) to tune out with big injectors and a hard low end fueling pin.

Even if you never plan on much fuel, you can still always tune the AFC (with THD or BD pin) to fuel as you like.

This can happen with any aftermarket fuel pin. It is because the pin (the follower) that follows the fuel pin is not use too the extra travel. Both my 91 and 92 leaked until the follower wore into it's new travel, then it stopped.

When installing an aftermarket pin, or grinding the stocker, one should remove the throttle linkage and the plug on the afc behind the follower pin and lube and work the crap out of it. Seems to be a common issue when modifying a 25 year old pump. Less chance of leaking or sticking if one does this.
