Electric fan

Lookin at puttin an electric fan on my 92 an was gonna buty the thermostat where it kicks on at 200 an off at 185 where would I go about hookin it up to the coolant the kit I found was on jegs
1992 4x4, 4” diamond eye exhaust, nv4500, he351cw
