Valet brainstorming

Postby spencerdiesel » Fri Nov 06, 2015 4:28 pm

I've read a thread or two about different approaches to valet installations etc, but with the gov cracking down more (a lot of smoked out redlights/pedestrians where I am :( ), I'm curious to hear any and all approaches to fuel-limiting-from-the-cab ideas. All thoughts welcome.

Valet switch doesn't limit low boost fueling/smoke just doesn't let boost increase the fueling....but here is mine.

Switch to control this and pressure switch for ksb is in the dash with leds to indicate what's up.

Real good looking setup. Limiting full fuel is more important to me, so that's good to know. How much EGT/power/boost drop do you get with your setup?

Been awhile since I drove it, but I think it knocks about 20 psi off the boost (from 70 to 50). Egts were never an issue so I don't remember.

I have the same setup, but mine is mounted direct to the AFC cover.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
