Good. I didn't really want to hold anyone's hand anyway.

Man. I have a 600whp big single 4th gen, and a compound turbo 1st gen, and still there's a hole in my life.

I can handle my D250 for about 2 hrs at 60-70 mph before I have to pull over and shut her off and massage my brain. So about 120 times longer than i can handle the old lady's bitching. Can't shut her off either.

I did almost 8 hours straight in the Roo Hunter once when I had a ii 62 on with only a stop for fuel, and a snack. I had no cruise control though, so my right foot was a little uncomfortable afterwards.

I have 3" pipe with one straight trough muffler, pipe ends after rear diff under bed.
My cab have some soundproofing on the floor, windows up it is quiet, at wot I can hear turbo and engine but long cruising is no problem.

I am not sure how loud it is outside but I feel sorry for my neighbors every morning.
Towing trought town windows down is not fun, sound bounces on walls, I can imagine babys crying and car alarms goin off.

Maybe I am getting old. My plan is to make new pipe 4" with better muffler.
Hopefully that would make it bit quieter and lower tone a bit.

Dang overvalved uppity new trucks

straight piped my standard cab D350 and it was only slightly louder, the muffler doesn't do a whole lot. Can't really tell from the cab because of overall engine noise and wind noise. My 01 on the other hand is a straight piped 3 inch and has alot more bark to it vs a comparable 4 inch system and alot louder and more rattly than my 12v's steady rumble. Must be all the extra valves lol
