where can i get a decent compression tester that i dont have to pay an arm and a leg for?

The adapter I made from an old injector and line I stole off my 91 before they hauled it away. The gauges I had lying around the shop.
RIP 91.5 W250 5 speed. The great experiment.

That's weird how it suddenly starts missing like that. have you tried hooking the ksb direct to the battery so it doesn't activate, see if it makes any difference?

Ill have to do that I have my old injectors still. Did you just gut an injector and use it empty? My motor has some blowby but not enough to blow the oil fill cap off. Ill get a few little drips out of the breather hose here and there but nothing id consider major

I know right! The truck runs good the missing continues on and off when its warm and never has a steady idle. I've had my ksb hooked to my fss ever since the fss quit.

I gutted it and ground the tip off so it was a more open hole and plugged the return hole. I use an o-ring instead of the copper washer so I can keep reusing it. The line I cut off close and flared it with a "B" nut. Works good enough.

the truck seems to run better and miss less without the ksb hooked to the battery? also did the timing cover gasket and crankshaft seal and found this.https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=933198643384689&set=a.337965736241319.68323.100000836870087&type=3&theater

Can anyone see my pictures? I advanced my pump timing about an 1/8 of an inch and the truck seems to run a lot better and the miss isn't so prevalent.

Were my eyes deceiving me on the glue job......?

Was the pump gear timed at factory marks when you checked the kdp?
