I don't know how you'll be using it, but if it was my truck I'd add a flap from the inner fender to the frame to keep things clean. Looks good in there.
Will the hood close without hitting the air filter?

It's more of a pavement Queen than a mudder. But yes I need to put some side skirts down to keep water off of everything and the rocks from flying around. Yes the hood will clear the air filter though that wasn't my intended location for the air filter. I'm going to put it against the firewall I have mocked in one of those pictures.

So....... I've missed this thread. The truck looks sick.

Have any videos of it driving yet?

Thanks guys, it's been a long road and still far from finished cosmetically speaking.

No I'm still waiting on the exhaust flange and clamp. Also still need to fab up a new throttle bracket. Though a friend has a 3rd gen down pipe that we might try tomorrow just to drive it around!

Some progress today with a new throttle bracket to clear the 2nd gen intake horn. Not my best engineering but should do the job for now. Already having a nice adjustable throttle cable installed I'm actually looking to bypass the stock double linkage and run the cable straight to the fuel pump arm? As far mounting location this is the best that I could come with, the i/c 1st gen mounting location looks like a pain in the ass with fuel lines the way they are, so ya!

Both my trucks have the cable hooked direct to the pump. Smoother feel to the throttle. Awesome truck!

Preliminary results are in. A few things to note before i dive into performance. First i didn't have the intercooler in the truck prior to the turbo swap. Second is I utilized the stock full pin and turned the fuel screw back 1 turn from run away on the first trip which is how I've been running for awhile anyways and figured it would be a good base line

Anyways I have a long commute to work that starts with 4500' of elevation gain up a nasty grade. Before the swap I would would have to down shift to 4th about 1/3 of the way up because the pyro would get to hot and hold 55mph there after at around 1000* in 4th.

Now I can hold it to the floor in 5th the WHOLE way I hit 85mph and probably faster if there weren't so many corners! Also the pyro held at 1000* and no more. It was amazing to say the least! It felt like the faster I went the cooler it got with the boost. Unfortunately during the swap I must have got some dirt in my boost gauge tube because the gauge basically stopped working and clicks up or down during hard pulls. So I can't really put numbers up for that but the waste gate is set at 40psi.

The flats shifting through the gears is a different story . I was really hoping for more performance through the gears... Yes the turbo spools faster than the baby h1c and you can tell a difference but it's not much. Understandably my pump wasn't maxed out and the stock fuel pin wasn't in but after installing the fuel pin I feel like it almost spoiled slower?

I still haven't maxed the fuel screw yet and thought about tuning the pump some tomorrow as well as hiking up my other boost gauge to get some better readings.

Though 5th gears feels like it has the most power. I can go from 55 to 85 like right now it's pretty crazy.

Something else puzzling me is I have the 3200 gov spring in and my absolute to speed is around 95mph witch is around 2200rpm I suspect fuel pressure Wish I had a fuel pressure gauge to look at! If anyone has any ideas I'd be happy to listen. Hope I've given some insight.

What are you running for a fuel supply? I didn't see anything in your signature...

Throttle indexed to where it was before the 3200 spring? The THD fuel pin gives very mild fueling on the bottom end, which allows you to tune out smoke better when you're in the higher HP numbers. I had to run my smoke screw & star wheel in quite a way before I could light my charger well.

Apples and oranges because I'm only about 40 hp over stock and have an IC engine

The throttle is indexed to the position after the 366 install. Smoke is very minimal so I haven't messed with the smoke screw or star wheel much. I feel like I'm going to save my money for THD lift pump before I buy another pin and probably 370's after that. I still need to mess with the fuel screw as well. Maybe I'll go back to the stock pin and go from there. I know the m&h pin I have is pretty aggressive all around...

If you haven't upgraded your fuel supply, I'd keep my foot out of it until you've done so. That's a sure fire way to seize up a good pump. It doesn't take much at all to get to 0psi of inlet pressure with the stock lift pump.

I hoping with close to stock fueling I wouldn't need a lift pump so soon but either way Cumminspower59 your right any suggestions other than a new lift pump. I hear about bigger lines ect. But also read many people do just fine with THD lift pump alone.

how does your truck do for milage with the 3.07s and 5 speed? I had that setup with 37s and couldn't even think about touching 5th gear! The pyro sky rocketed..
