Cummins King, you are partially right.
Actually, I'm not sure where the 103 fits in, except maybe the EARLY 89s (maybe 88 actual mfg year). Bill Gilbert's 89 came with a "lowly 103 pump" Not sure if that's the one KTA redid or if he had another one.
114 pump- 89-early 91, nonIC, CPL 0804
184 pump- 91- early92, IC'd, CPL 1351 (21cm Lagmaster)
205 pump- 92.5- 93, IC'd, CPL 1579.
Transmission made no difference- it was based on time.
The 92.5 was started sometime between April and June 92, as Mom's 92 (build of April 92) is a CPL 1351; mine is a CPL 1579 (build of June 92).
The 184 and 205 are directly interchangeable, and use the same lines and injectors. SOME 184s were involved in the safety recall and replaced with 205 pumps (wish I had known that when I had the smoky 91.5 that got 24mpg- it had a plain unpainted pump which told me it had been rebuilt). I think the differences are internal and not very noticeable.
The 114 and 184/205s have different delivery valves and holders, though to the naked eye, the DVs are very similar. The 114 DV holders extend about an inch farther (+/-) than the IC DV holders, and use bigger ID lines, that are also routed differently.
