Yes, they are all equal length. :)

Yet the NON-IC and IC lines are shaped different ;)

Aren't non ic lines larger diameter too?

One of my sources has the NON-IC lines a hair larger inside diameter, but the interwebs say they are the same. I'll have to do some digging and get hard numbers. IIRC, my source compared to different ESN's, one an IC engine and the other NON-IC, and there was an actual number that related to the sizing of the lines.

Mainly the routing. I have ran both on my pile, and am currently running the originals. I did change them up when I intercooled it, but the lines would interfere with the intake temp switch on the left side of the cylinder head, directly above the throttle bell crank. The IC engines have that sensor on the intake plate, so no fitment issues. One other noticeable difference is where the lines connect to the IP, as the delivery valve holders are shorter on an IC pump, so the lines account for that too.

I just measured the OD of lines on my early 91's non ic motor(cpl 804), 93 motor(cpl 1579), and a set of lines off of a 160 hp P pump motor and they are all .253-.257, depending on paint, corrosion, etc. Who knows what the tubing thickness is, if there is a difference, or if different years vary?

am putting a twin ram intake off a sec gen I'm parting out and it's obvios I'll have to reconfigure one or two lines...thought if I had to order extra line or two I would be farther ahead (considering my lack of talent) to start with line with most of the bends somewhat where they will work...nothing like OJT I guess :). I want to make sure evrything else (length, dia, etc.) is equal...thanks for everyones info/help.

Ok folks, here is what I have pulled from Cummins Quick Serve on the differences between IC and NON IC lines.

ESN 44684090. IC engine. 1.8mm inside diameter.

ESN 44523508. NON-IC engine. 2.0mm inside diameter.
