Most likely took the tip off the fuel solenoid plunger. Replace the plunger and back the fuel screw out.

Swap to a pull cable if you don't want to turn down the fuel.

Let off the throttle more slowly. Side stepping at WOT/full boost will demolish the plunger.

Not really Spencer. If you turn up the pump its only a matter of time until the FSS fails.

haha you guess right Spencer. See how it goes...
fuel shut off pull cord seems clever. And im guessing ill need bigger injectors soon if I want to keep my pump tweaked.

I was under the impression the most stress on the plunger was when the throttle was chopped flowing a lot a fuel with small injectors, and the sudden backwash could eat it?

So how does it happen? That's just all I've heard, so I assumed that's how it was

That's what I was told too. It could be more fuel flowing erodes the tip also, but bigger injectors alleviate the problem usually.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.

I guess I should have specified with stock injectors it's going to break.

bit of the tip that came off. So I did the 600gr and sanded a VERY LITTLE BIT off. Installed back in and its back to normal. Still pump tweak at 31psi.

I didn't join with zip for knowledge. I've learned a lot of things here, but most of the things I know were prior.

Sorry to come off that way
