I ran a ford taurus fan on mine. Only on 100+ days and long uphills with a trailer did it start to overwhelm the fan. Bonus of running full tilt while at idle.


I run the same basic fan in my Excursion, but it has a radiator that is twice that of the dodge.

Ellis, the cooler is right up against the core support, I have a layer of foam stuff around it. I bet it has less than a half inch gap. Same with the condenser to the cooler.
