Different Water Pumps on a 1st gen

Postby Collers9640 » Fri Feb 15, 2019 5:13 pm

Has anyone ever tried using a Cummins Water Pump off of a 6bt Cummins generator.
Wondering if it will work. I have one and hate to throw it out but if i can’t use it I can’t use it.

They should all be the same if it's off a 6B5.9. I work for a heavy equipment dealer, when I need a water pump or other bolt on parts I get it for a payloader and it fits. No problems yet.

Just enough power to break everything behind the crankshaft.
