By a little more fuel, I didn't mean pre boost fuel, but by adding more to the mid/top end by turning the fuel pin and ditching the washer. This would leave the low end/pre-boost the same as it is now but increase max boost numbers. Also make sure you are getting proper throttle travel, as your boost numbers sound like you're only getting maybe half throttle. You should be making at least 15-17 psi on a bone stock motor. I'd start with throttle travel, and go from there. Is the tamper cap still on the power screw?
