you can but the pressures will have to be reset and if your truck is non ic then you will need to purchase 7mm to 9mm adapters

The spray angles are different on the 2nd gen tips also. You might have smoke issues.

with sticks as small as the 90hp ones there will be no issues. Get into somethin larger like a 435 or pod's and there could be a problem

Do yourself a favor and see if you can find out what size and how many holes there are. Don't be surprised if its the same size or not much bigger than the stock nozzles.

Thats not a leak, its the external lubrication system.

So is the pop pressure set by the torque setting of the body?? The nut that holds the tip to the body is this the pop setting?

If you can set them to anything you want then how is the pop pressure adjusted?? Is there true science to changing tips. And what does the nozzle and needle have to do with POP pressure?? I thought the BODY was set to a PSI or BAR then the nozzle was installed. I don't know so an education may be in order. Thanks

acutally yes they were coming from pensacola diesel but instead I went out and like a big boy just spent 430.00 at shceid in effingham (closest) on just the tips alone then spent another 42.00 on some copper gaskets ya I think I got my A$$ handed to me that day and the whole thing on the pressure setting is yes the standard is 3800 psi if you go 100hp or bigger you set it at 4200psi the pressure is set by one or more shimms usually more if you go up in pressure inside the injector body above the spring that pops off the needle in the tip if you have a very fine (small) shimm you want to put it on the bottom side of the spring so your injector dont beat the living crap out of it and as long as you can get all your injectors to pop off at 100psi in range of each other your all good and ready to go learned alot last week in class...lol ya and if anyone can get me some shimms like a variety of them I would appreciate since shceid wants 1.00 a piece for them and no one else can get them not unless you have DT466 injectors laying around they are the same shimm
