What do you think about this HX35?

He says its a WH1C, but it doesn't have a wastegate on it does it? I asked him what housing it was and he said 12CM. Would this be worth buying do you guys think? If so, how much would you pay?

Thanks,
Chris

I dont think that cross is right the H1C is suppose to be like a HX20 not a 35 the H1D is suppose to be like a 35 if I remember correctly and the tube on that is not like a H1C its bigger, thats looks to be a 2in. compressor outlet to the intake the ones off the first gen was about 1in 1/2 or so I thought

That turbo has a 12cm wastegated housing on it. It doesn't have the exhaust flange mounting plate and it looks like the acuator and linkage are gone also. I wouldn't go over $100 if you want the waste gate to work.

The H1C,HX35,HX40 all have 2" compressor side openings.

I really want a smaller exhaust housing, like a 12 or 14. This city driving is killing me

By the time I catch up with traffic in normal stop/go situations it looks like there is a forest fire chasing me

I'm looking at getting a smaller housing to help fix some of that. I figured if I'm going to get a smaller housing I might as well try to find a hx35 with a smaller housing already. Its a littler better turbo than my H1C anyway right?

Thats my rational anyway, please let me know if I'm stupid for thinking that

What are you selling that WH1C for? Or what are you hoping to get for it?

Thats exactly the info I was hoping to find.

Thanks

It's only missing the accuator. I'd give 150 in good condition. You can find accuators on here good for 40 or less.

So if i bought it and got an actuator, what would I need to do to put it on my engine? Is it a direct bolt on?

Down pipe needs moved 1 1/4" rearward. This is easiest done by cutting the exhaust before the t case in a stra8 section and getting a band clamp to put it back together after you remove the 1 1/4" out of it.
